JiBe ERP is a cloud-based, fully integrated system designed for the shipping industry. Our mission is to empower shipping companies by enhancing productivity, efficiency, and safety standards while reducing costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data from PMS and other JiBe modules to prepare necessary documents.
  • Understand and document client requirements to ensure seamless integration.
  • IDentify gaps between user needs and JiBe features, providing valuable input to the JiBe team.
  • Test and verify functional aspects of modules developed by the JiBe team, producing accurate reports or outcomes.
  • Contribute to training internal or external JiBe users on PMS and related modules as required.
  • Create software-related documents such as feature documents, help documents, FAQs, and workflow documents based on team requirements.
Ship Visit and Other Duties:
  • Obtain vessel access for JiBe implementation, issue fixing, and training purposes.
  • Assist vessels in data collection processes and updating PMS data onboard.
  • Train shipboard personnel on using JiBe and other modules, including database backup and system recovery.
  • Provide support to vessels or remote offices for JiBe and related modules.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3rd/4th engineer or equivalent with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Shore experience in a shipping management company as a PMS coordinator/controller with an educational background in naval architecture and marine engineering.
  • Experience and deep understanding of enterprise computing needs of ship management companies.
  • Strong organizational skills covering project management and cost analysis.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent typing and analyzing skills.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and meticulous with an eye for detail.
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
