Join our Data Science and Engineering team as a senior data analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for a highly skilled professional to support the development of complex transformation programs within our data portfolio.
  • You will work in agile teams to create world-class products for our customers, leveraging your expertise in data analysis and modeling.
  • Elicit and analyze business change, functional, and non-functional requirements from stakeholders, providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
  • Develop working reconciliation solutions with cross-asset IT teams, ensuring seamless integration of data systems.
  • Produce high-quality analysis and modeling artefacts for development teams, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Understand customer journeys end-to-end, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for innovation.
  • Provide advanced business knowledge and technical support for requirements development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Create and enhance logical and physical data models, maintaining metadata analysis and naming standards.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis and/or data modeling.
  • Strong financial domain and data analysis skills, with a comprehensive understanding of data modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical).
  • Good SDLC & Agile methodologies understanding, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL, MS-Office tools, GCP Big Query, Erwin, Visual Paradigm.
