Data Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for driving core product metrics by defining key performance indicators, designing and running experiments, building data models, and instrumenting events.

To thrive in this role, you should have solid fundamentals in statistics, SQL, and Python, with projects to demonstrate your skills. You should also be able to iterate fast, frame questions, test, and ship in days, while prioritizing clarity of communication.

The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field, a BS/BA in a quantitative field or equivalent work experience, strong SQL skills, Python for analysis, comfort with experiment design, and causal thinking. Effective communication with engineers, PMs, and leadership is also essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Define north-star and feature-level metrics for ranking, interview analytics, and payouts systems.
  • Design and run A/B tests and quasi-experiments, turning results into product decisions within weeks.
  • Build source-of-truth dashboards and lightweight data models for self-service insights.
  • Instrument events with engineers to improve data quality and latency.
  • Prototype quick models to enhance matching and scoring.
  • Requirements:
