Seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the end-to-end delivery of intelligent automation and generative-AI programs. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for translating business goals into scalable technical road-maps while coordinating cross-functional engineering, data science, security, and operations teams.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in defining project scope, success metrics, and release plans for GenAI, Agentic AI, and RPA solutions. They will also have experience building and maintaining detailed schedules, sprint plans, risk registers, and dependency maps.

A key responsibility will be driving discovery workshops to capture business processes and identify automation or agentic opportunities. The selected individual will partner with solution architects to select models (LLMs, diffusion, hybrid), prompt-engineering patterns, and orchestration frameworks.

In addition, they will oversee development and deployment of RPA bots and AI agents on cloud platforms. The chosen candidate must champion secure-by-design practices, ensuring model governance, data privacy, and Responsible AI compliance.

They will establish KPIs—cost per transaction, latency, agent autonomy level, bot uptime—and deliver regular executive dashboards. Experience managing vendor contracts and budgets is essential.

Mentorship and team leadership skills are also required, as the successful candidate will mentor scrum teams, conduct sprint retros, and drive continuous improvement with OKR tracking.

Change-management, user training, and hyper-care for production rollouts will also be part of their responsibilities.
