We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced High Voltage Design Engineer to join our team. As an integral part of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical schematics, power/control panels, and instrumentation layouts for industrial thermal systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical/instrumentation engineering and a minimum of 3-7 years of relevant experience in industrial projects, preferably in the field of furnaces, boilers, and process plants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high voltage electrical circuits and control systems.
  • Select and specify high voltage components, such as sensors, actuators, control valves, temperature/pressure transmitters, and flow meters.
  • Develop PLC/SCADA logic for control systems using industry-standard programming languages.
  • Oversight of wiring, panel testing, loop checking, and site commissioning.
  • Collaborate with mechanical, design, and purchase teams to ensure integrated system delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve high voltage or instrumentation issues at the shop or site.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including BOMs, wiring diagrams, FAT/SAT protocols, and O&M manuals.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and electrical codes, including CE/IEC/IS compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of electrical circuit analysis, control systems, and instrumentation principles.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, EPlan, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with high voltage electrical systems and safety practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
