We are seeking a skilled Growth Consultant to join our team. As a strategic partner, you will work closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to understand business objectives, design tailored implementation strategies, and drive end-to-end execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.">
  • Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) for implementation by working closely with clients and pre-sales team.">
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, proactively addressing client needs and ensuring the adoption of new features, services, and solutions.">
  • Drive implementation projects for clients by collaboratively working with client, pre-sales team, and product team.">
  • Leverage data to provide actionable insights to customers and monitor key metrics such as product adoption, engagement levels, and churn risk.">
  • Provide clients with training and resources to ensure they understand and can fully utilize the product.">
  • Manage project lifecycle, close all points by working with product and support team, and create customer SOP for processes that can be used by client and internally by support.
