Studio Leadership Opportunity

A global architecture and design firm seeks an experienced studio leader to establish and manage a new office in Mumbai, India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a business strategy for the Indian market, managing key accounts, leading and mentoring team members, and overseeing architectural projects from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and promoting a positive company culture across the office.
  • Identifying new business opportunities to support revenue objectives.
  • Managing resources and coordinating workflow between the Mumbai office and other global offices on joint projects.
  • Contributing to the business through consistent profits on sustainable fee turnover for projects under direction.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • B.Arch / M.Arch degree.
  • 15-22 years of experience in architecture, with at least a decade in studio/office leadership roles.
  • Strong portfolio of large-scale commercial, workplace, retail, hospitality, logistics, or mixed-use projects.

We are looking for a local office head with excellent client relationship, business development, and communication skills. Prior experience working with or collaborating with international design firms is highly valued.
