About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Data Scientist to lead high-impact data science initiatives that drive business growth and strategic decision-making. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of projects from conception to large-scale deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive project leadership: Conceive and deliver scalable data-driven solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Strategic stakeholder management: Engage with cross-functional teams to shape problem definitions and champion data-driven decision making.
  • Technical depth: Demonstrate expertise in machine learning concepts and set technical direction for complex problems.
  • Advanced data solutions: Architect and deliver solutions across diverse data types leveraging cutting-edge models and best practices.
  • Innovation & Research: Lead experimentation with emerging algorithms and technologies to foster a culture of innovation.
  • Model governance: Establish and uphold best practices for model validation, monitoring, performance tracking, and risk management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a quantitative field.
  • Deep understanding of modern machine learning techniques and hands-on experience with key ML frameworks.
  • Strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, and inference techniques.
  • Proven experience working with distributed computing platforms for large-scale data processing and model training.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, or similar languages.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive large-scale machine learning projects end to end.
  • Proven track record of delivering high business impact through data science solutions.
