
Real Estate Network Builder

- Develop and manage a network of real estate brokers within allocated areas.
- Build strong relationships with channel partners through regular visits and engagement.
- Establish a continuous flow of customer databases and leads via channel partners.
- Ensure quality leads and account management for existing channel partners.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure channel partner satisfaction.
- Follow up with internal team members to verify appropriate action on customer requests.
- Keep channel partners informed about the latest developments and programs.
- Maintain a positive brand image by adhering to company code of conduct.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum Graduation or Similar Education
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent sales skills and ability to connect with clients
- Good listening skills to understand client requirements
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and follow-up skills
- Highly motivated individual with target-driven approach
- Flexible work timings/schedule and availability
- Effective relationship management and account management skills
- Working knowledge of real estate brokers and their business
