Operations Management Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee the effective management of our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating departmental activities, implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensuring the premises are in optimal working condition.

Main Responsibilities

  • To inspect departments for SOP implementation and cleanliness
  • To monitor staff grooming, service readiness, and hospitality culture
  • To support Head of Departments in all aspects of hotel operations
  • To take full responsibility for all aspects of departments

Key Requirements

  • Experience in Hotel Operations or related field
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills
  • Ability to implement SOPs and ensure cleanliness
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
