Job Title: Assistant Manager - Social Media & Content

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media & Content Specialist to join our ecommerce agency.

This role involves creating and executing social media strategies, producing high-quality content, and strategizing visually appealing graphics for our clients' ecommerce businesses.

The ideal candidate will have a dynamic personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage internal design and content teams while meeting client needs and deadlines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to brainstorm and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and initiatives that increase brand awareness.
  • Manage and mentor the design team to ensure visually appealing graphics that effectively communicate the brand's messaging and products.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and optimize content accordingly.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders such as digital agencies and influencers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Fast learner with an ability to adapt techniques based on requirements.
  • Thorough understanding of all major social media platforms.
  • A creative mindset and willingness to think outside the box to create engaging content.
  • Strong data analysis skills to analyze key metrics of campaign success.
  • A team player who is willing to work with various internal and external stakeholders and clients.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and their audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging and effective content for social media.
  • Proficiency in content management systems and social media management tools.
  • Experience in managing and analyzing social media campaigns.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good time management and multitasking skills.
  • Understanding of analytics and metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns.
