Interior Architect Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Architect to join our team in Surat, India. This is a full-time office-based role that involves working with a growing team of architects and interior designers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing 2D drawings, layouts, and working drawings in AutoCAD. Additionally, they will create 3D models and visualizations in SketchUp and support concept development and detailed design documentation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design Development: Prepare 2D drawings, layouts, and working drawings in AutoCAD.
  2. Visualizations: Create 3D models and visualizations in SketchUp.
  3. Documentation: Support concept development and detailed design documentation.
  4. Project Coordination: Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal team members.
  5. Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and timely execution.
  • Requirements:
  1. Proficiency: Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (mandatory).
  2. Knowledge: Knowledge of construction details, materials, and design standards.
  3. Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Architecture/Interior Design/Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
  4. Communication: Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience (freshers can also apply).
  2. Skills: Rendering skills (advantageous).
  3. Projects: Experience in residential, office, and hospitality projects.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and project management skills, be proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp, and have a strong understanding of construction details, materials, and design standards.
