Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in release planning, execution, and management.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive release plans that outline timelines, milestones, and dependencies across the release lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, QA, Operations, and Product Management, to ensure alignment and preparedness for upcoming releases.
  • IDentify, track, and mitigate potential risks or issues that could impact release timelines or quality.
  • Ensure all changes are well-documented, communicated, and approved according to established change control processes.
  • Cordinate cloud deployments (e.g., AWS) while ensuring compliance with relevant security and operational policies.
  • Promote continuous integration, delivery, and deployment practices; drive automation to improve release reliability and efficiency.
  • Monitor release progress and provide regular updates, including detailed performance metrics and status reports to stakeholders.
  • Lead the resolution of issues during release phases to minimize disruption to operations.
  • Maintain and manage the organization's release calendar, ensuring coordination with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Oversee the merging of validated changes into main code branches, coordinating closely with development and QA teams.
  • Present planned changes in meetings and secure approvals as required across different regions.
  • Assess readiness before deployment through Go/No-Go meetings with stakeholders.
  • Monitor post-release performance, coordinate hotfixes if needed, and facilitate Post-Implementation Reviews (PIR).

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Certification in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect)
  • Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes)
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools
  • Strong understanding of release processes in complex, large-scale environments
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements and optimize workflows
