Job Title: System Information Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled System Information Manager to join our team. As a System Information Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing all computer-related activities within an organization.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with installation and integration processes, security issues, and program upgrades.
  • Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting services by phone or chat.
  • Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot IT systems.
  • Brief and develop IT systems that meet all specifications and cost requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including recording transactions, posting journal entries, and managing accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements, ensuring that the company's records match the bank's records.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Perform general accounting tasks, such as data entry, bookkeeping, and other administrative tasks.
  • Stay up-to-date on accounting principles and regulations to ensure accurate and compliant financial records.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, providing financial information to managers, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Use accounting software proficiently to track finances.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in commerce, preferably with a master's degree.
  • A strong understanding of advanced Excel principles and practices, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and other relevant skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
