About the Role:

  • A strong foundation in Chemistry, comparable to that required for engineering entrance exams, as well as graduate or PhD-level programs, is essential.
  • The ability to break down complex chemistry problems into simple explanations and work efficiently is crucial.
  • This role also offers opportunities to learn how to leverage AI to be a better analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solving advanced chemistry problems and creating detailed explanations.
  • Working with a mix of chemistry content—combining text with images, chemical equations, diagrams, and visual representations.
  • Providing textual explanations and annotated chemical structures for complex organic reaction mechanisms.

Requirements:

  • Candidates pursuing a Ph.D./Postdoctoral degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related field are eligible to apply.
  • Good research and analytical skills are necessary.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations.
  • Creative and lateral thinking abilities are required.
  • Excellent structured communication and collaboration skills in a remote setting are essential.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to analyze and solve complex chemistry problems using a structured approach.
  • Ability to explain chemistry concepts clearly using simple language, visuals, and simulations when needed.
