Role Overview

Senior Machine Learning Engineer

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with extensive experience in developing and deploying machine learning models, particularly in the field of generative AI. This position requires a strong background in computer science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, as well as expertise in software engineering principles and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cutting-edge generative AI models using advanced techniques such as RAG, transformers, and other relevant approaches.
  • Fine-tune pre-trained language models for specific tasks and domains to achieve optimal performance.
  • Conduct research on new techniques for improving the performance and capabilities of generative AI models, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field.
  • Apply rigorous software engineering principles and best practices to ensure the development and deployment of high-quality machine learning pipelines.
  • Evaluate and analyze the performance of ML/generative AI models, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in generative AI or related fields, with a proven track record of success in developing and deploying machine learning models.
  • Experience in building data pipelines, deploying ML/GenAI models in production, and monitoring and maintaining their performance.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with proficiency in relevant libraries and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work independently, managing multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Methodical and meticulous approach to work, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
