Job Overview

A seasoned professional with 8-10 years of experience in Oracle R12 SCM modules, particularly focusing on Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), will lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle R12 SCM modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and configure ASCP plans to optimize supply chain processes such as demand planning, supply planning, and capacity planning.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and provide solutions to meet business needs.
  • Develop and customize reports, workflows, and interfaces using Oracle tools such as PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and XML Publisher.
  • Perform data migration, integration, and validation activities for Oracle SCM modules.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues related to Oracle SCM and ASCP modules.
  • Ensure adherence to Oracle best practices and standards in all deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Requirements include 8–10 years of relevant experience in Oracle R12 SCM modules, with a strong focus on ASCP. In-depth knowledge of SCM modules such as Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, BOM, and WIP is also required.

Additionally, hands-on experience in implementing and supporting ASCP plans for demand and supply chain optimization, proficiency in Oracle development tools such as PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and XML Publisher, and strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and integration capabilities are desired.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
