**Job Opportunity:** We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead our Polymer and Chemical division in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in quality assurance and control, specifically within the polymer or chemical manufacturing sector, and will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

  • Develop and implement quality assurance protocols for polymer and chemical products.
  • Conduct regular inspections and testing of materials and products to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage and lead the QA/QC team, providing guidance and training to staff members.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality control processes and results.
  • Conduct internal audits and participate in external audits as required.
  • Review and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related field.
  • 10-19 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control within the polymer or chemical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools.
  • Proficiency in laboratory testing methods relevant to polymers and chemicals.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
