We are seeking a talented professional to fill this role at our organization.

Job Description

This is a hybrid position that requires working at least three days a week in the office, focusing on developing and integrating innovative digital products for clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

  • Envisioning and developing test automation frameworks to drive quality assurance and best-in-class results
  • Focusing on quality assurance and exhibiting proficiency in manual and automation testing
  • Exploring, debugging, and investigating issues
  • Formulating vendor strategies to drive efficiencies through automation using new technologies and tools
  • Becoming a change agent driving culture change in technology to become a truly Agile team which is self-organizing, DevOps and believes in everything automated

We would like you to have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 14+ years of experience in healthcare industry with a proven track record of delivering global and highly scalable customer-facing digital products and capabilities
  • Leadership in thinking and ideating new solutions for QA
  • Hands-on experience with Web and API testing and automation using Playwright and Selenium
  • Experience with agile project management tools such as ADO
  • Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
  • Exposure to JavaScript based testing frameworks
  • Exposure to public cloud technology stack in AWS and Azure
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze complex problems using multiple techniques
  • Experience in delivering complex software quality assurance in an Agile environment
  • Ability to work with vendors to drive efficiencies
  • Proactive partnering with business and technology organizations to identify opportunities and drive automated solutions
