Key Performance Indicators
  • Design and develop high-quality mechanical components and systems.
  • Conduct simulations and tests to validate designs and ensure product quality.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve product performance and reliability goals.
  • Develop detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues to improve product reliability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Proficiency in CAD software e.g. AutoCAD, SolidWorks.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical principles and materials science.
  • Experience with simulation software e.g. ANSYS, COMSOL is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
