In this role, you'll assist in designing, implementing, and overseeing surveillance programs to detect potential issues. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and analyzing surveillance alerts and reports, gathering and analyzing trade data, and communicating findings to management.

Your Role:
As a Risk Analyst, you'll play a critical role in helping us identify and mitigate potential risks. You'll work closely with our Compliance Surveillance team to review and analyze surveillance alerts and reports, gather and analyze trade data, and communicate findings to management. You'll also be responsible for supporting the compliance group in evaluating surveillance results for potential problems and interacting with legal and other compliance personnel as needed.
What You'll Need:
- Previous relevant experience preferred.
- Knowledge of compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks, and typologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivation, flexibility, innovation, and adaptability.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
