Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant to join our team as an Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a strong background in SAP.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of daily MIS, monthly MIS, and monthly financial statements and reporting as required by management.
  • Preparation of financial statements and supporting annual audits for India and foreign companies.
  • Preparation of tax audits/ITR for India and foreign companies and ensuring relevant tax filings.
  • Supporting and ensuring transfer pricing compliance for India and foreign companies.
  • Supporting and ensuring all compliances in respective jurisdictions are completed.
  • Handling statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, etc.
  • Performance of month-end close transactions, reconciliations of FI and CO reports after the month-end close.
  • Preparation of annual budgets (including capital budgeting), etc.
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years of experience in accounting and finance.
  • Strong background in SAP.
  • Excellent English conversation and written skills.
  • Presentation, communication, negotiation, influencing skills.
  • SAP and Microsoft Office.
