Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional results and driving business growth. We are seeking an experienced Business Finance and Planning Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Create annual budgets and financial models
• Monitor targets and course corrections against plan vs actual
• Publish regular management information systems (MIS) and dashboards
• Develop deep revenue analytics and insights
• Carry out periodic data reconciliation and follow up with stakeholders to close revenue gaps
• Perform analysis of cost key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor metrics, and bring insights to control leakages
• Manage multiple stakeholders and support metrics reporting
• Participate in projects on system automation for operational efficiency

Required Skills:

• Strong data gathering and manipulation skills
• Ability to develop partnerships with business leaders to influence and persuade
• Strong business acumen, curiosity, agility, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation
• Deep expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, presentations, and models
• Prior experience in business-facing roles will be an advantage
• Strong experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance planning and analysis
• Experience working in the technology sector or start-ups will be an advantage
