Job Title: Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage shop-floor operations across Pultrusion, SMC, DMC, BMC, and Hand Lay-up processes.
  • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure compliance with production schedules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards.
  • Monitor and control production parameters – resin mixing, mold preparation, curing, trimming, and finishing.
  • Coordinate with the Quality Assurance/Quality Control department for in-process quality checks and corrective actions.
  • Maintain production records, logbooks, and shift reports.
  • Train, guide, and monitor workers/operators to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
  • Implement and maintain a safe working environment across assigned lines.
  • Support preventive maintenance planning and raw material requirement reporting.
Candidate Profile:

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Education: Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical, Polymer, or Production Engineering.
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in FRP manufacturing processes – specifically Pultrusion, SMC, DMC, BMC, and Hand Lay-up.
  • Technical understanding of composite manufacturing.
  • Team handling and shift supervision.
  • Problem-solving and process monitoring.
