Job Title:

Expert in Digital Transformation and Manufacturing Excellence

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced expert to lead our digital transformation initiatives and drive manufacturing excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy, operations, and technology, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead end-to-end diagnostics across plants/value streams; baseline KPIs (OEE, FPY, throughput, cost/unit) and prioritize value.
  2. Design and deliver cost-out programs (Lean/TPM, yield & scrap reduction, energy/utilities optimization, maintenance strategy, network/footprint).
  3. Shape Industry 4.0 roadmaps (MES/SCADA/historian, IoT/edge, digital twins, APS, advanced quality analytics) and run pilots-through-scale with measurable EBITDA impact.
  4. Build business cases and benefit-tracking models; present to CXO/Board; drive change on shop floor through client capability building.
  5. Orchestrate multi-workstream programs with cross-functional teams and ecosystem partners (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, OT vendors) with attention to data, cyber and safety.
  6. Coach and manage consulting teams; contribute to proposals and thought leadership.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge and previous experience in manufacturing, innovation, strategy, operations or technology domain.
  • Prior experience managing end to end client engagements and programs.
  • Prior experience in managing teams.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, innovative, and strong team player.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong core consulting skills – i.e. analytical, primary and secondary research, presentation, and financial modelling, including logical structuring and storyboarding, superior knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Accustomed to working in teams, including virtual teams. Highly developed personal and professional ethics are expected.
  • Strong business development and innovation skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Strong presentation and verbal and written communication skills, and experience communicating to, and working with, virtual teams, and senior leadership.
