Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy and manage infrastructure as code using automation scripts to deploy platform code, cloud infrastructure, VMs, DBs, Load Balancers, product install automation scripts, and execution of this automation to build out customer & internal environments up to the product level.
  • Create and maintain automation scripts to continually improve the scripts as requirements & products change.
  • Define and deploy alerting for infrastructure and products, integration with cloud native services, Cyber tooling, monitoring software, and ITSM tooling.
  • Run/Operations: Responsible for implementing best practice run methodologies and advising regional teams on defining & deploying backup policies, patching schedules, Organisational Unit Policies, and monitoring these services.
  • Action alerts for all infrastructure components, including network, WAF, Cyber, monitoring of resource utilisation, recommending changes, and implementing changes in conjunction with the regional Ops & project teams.

Our ideal candidate has 4+ years experience in writing code, Python, PowerShell, JSON, YAML & AWS Cloud Formation, certification at some level either by AWS or Azure, knowledge of most common operating systems & database technologies, Windows, Linux, MS SQL, Oracle, PostGres, Kubernetes & EKS, deployment tooling such as OpenShift, and knowledge of implementing public cloud networking mechanics and policies.
