Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced transformation professional to lead business initiatives across retail and quick-service restaurant operations.

This role will involve bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, driving customer engagement and operational efficiency.

  • Conduct workshops to understand client pain points, business processes, reporting & dashboarding needs
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications

Key responsibilities include techno-functional aspects such as translating functional specifications to technical fit documents, identifying feature/reporting/dashboarding gaps, and collaborating with technical teams to configure and deploy systems aligned with business goals.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to marketing, operations, and IT teams
  • Ensure alignment between business strategy and technology roadmap

The successful candidate will also be responsible for effective onboarding, including ensuring all functional specifications are deployed in the software, training super users of our clients on the platform, and explaining the support mechanism and setting cadences for support / business related queries.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in retail or QSR consulting, business analysis, or solution delivery
  • Strong understanding of retail/QSR operations: POS, loyalty, CRM, inventory, and customer experience
  • Knowledge of Marketing Automation tools & how they function
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics) is preferred
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, client-facing environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with omnichannel retail or QSR transformation projects
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and API integrations
