  • Conduct performance reviews and assist in designing employee development programs
  • Manage employee records and maintain an up-to-date HR database
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace regulations
  • Address employee grievances and promote a positive work culture
  • Manage payroll, attendance, and leave records efficiently
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees
  • Organize team-building activities and internal communication strategies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • A Master's degree in HR or MBA is preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Familiarity with HR software tools and MS Office
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity when dealing with employee matters
