Job Role: Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for liaising with clients, defining report requirements, and collaborating with internal and client teams to deliver high-quality bulletins and reports.

  1. Liaise with clients to define report requirements and collaborate with internal and client teams to develop and deliver bulletins, databases, insights in PPT, Word, and Power BI report/dashboard format.
  2. Conduct industry research, filter, and identify key events in the metals & mining industry and macro-economic environment to develop high-frequency bulletins for client-use.
  3. Conduct telephonic and field interviews with industry stakeholders.
  4. Perform in-depth secondary research using credible databases and reports.
  5. Analyze data using Excel and Power BI to generate actionable insights.
  6. Prepare well-structured, insight-driven reports and executive summaries for clients.
  7. Participate in client meetings and calls to understand requirements and present deliverables.
  8. Guide junior analysts in research data collection and analysis.
  9. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  10. Exercise extreme attention to detail to ensure error-free and timely delivery of reports.
Requirements:
  • Graduation/Post Graduation (with good academic scores)
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work against tight goals and deadlines
  • Ability to work on unstructured projects somewhat independently
  • High level of flexibility with ability to readily adapt to change
