**Job Title:** Senior Manufacturing System Specialist

Job Description:
  • Install and upgrade manufacturing execution system (MES) software, ensuring smooth integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Administer and configure MES versions 3.1.8, 3.2.1, and 3.30, utilizing expertise in server-client architecture and database management.
  • Configure services, synchronize users with LDAP/Active Directory, and optimize printing functionality to enhance productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Key responsibilities include implementing SAP-MES interface, developing comprehensive system life cycle documentation, and troubleshooting technical issues related to MES systems.

  • Implement SQL scripts and understand DB schema for efficient database management.
  • Integrate MES systems with Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4 systems, ensuring seamless communication between systems.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to weighing & dispensing scale integration, printer/scanner setup, KP info analysis, and IT configuration.

Additional qualifications include a good understanding of GMBRs, PVL, PMBRs, Equipment Management, Material Flow, Weigh & Dispense, EBR, MBR & Master Data, as well as ISA95/S88 standards and their practical application in system design.
