Job Opportunity:

Senior Management Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate submissions of local regulatory returns to relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Demonstrate exceptional conduct and adhere to our Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Business Excellence: Take ownership of embedding high standards of ethics across the organization.

Technical Competencies:

  • Product Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of our products and services, with specialization in at least one area such as Financial Markets, Corporate and Institutional Banking, or Treasury.
  • Financial Reporting: Showcase expertise in financial reporting skills and experience.
  • Balance Sheet Management: Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of balance sheet management, including regulatory reporting experience.
  • Metric Calculation: Have conceptual knowledge of balance sheet management metrics and calculation methods, including Liquidity, Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book, and Capital.

Soft Skills:

  • Communication: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal Communication: Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Business Writing: Strong business writing skills.
