Job Title: Intelligent Automation Manager

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of intelligent automation and generative-AI programs.

  • This involves translating business goals into scalable technical roadmaps while coordinating cross-functional engineering, data science, security, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Program Planning: Define project scope, success metrics, and release plans for GenAI, Agentic AI, and RPA solutions.
  2. Schedule Management: Build and maintain detailed schedules, sprint plans, risk registers, and dependency maps.
  3. Discovery Workshops: Drive discovery workshops to capture business processes and identify automation or agentic opportunities.
  4. Model Selection: Partner with solution architects to select models (LLMs, diffusion, hybrid), prompt-engineering patterns, and orchestration frameworks.
  5. RPA Deployment: Oversee development and deployment of RPA bots and AI agents on cloud platforms.
  6. Security Compliance: Champion secure-by-design practices, ensuring model governance, data privacy, and Responsible AI compliance.
  7. KPI Establishment: Establish KPIs—cost per transaction, latency, agent autonomy level, bot uptime—and deliver regular executive dashboards.
  8. Vendor Management: Manage vendor contracts and budgets.
  9. Team Mentorship: Mentor scrum teams, conduct sprint retros, and drive continuous improvement.
  10. Change Management: Coordinate change-management, user training, and hyper-care for production rollouts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. 6–8 years in technical project or program management, with at least 2 years leading AI/ML initiatives.
  2. Demonstrated delivery of GenAI or LLM-based solutions.
  3. Hands-on familiarity with RPA toolchains and process-mining platforms.
  4. Proven command of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban rituals; Jira and Confluence power user.
  5. Solid grasp of cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  6. Strong data literacy: SQL, basic Python, prompt engineering, and model evaluation metrics.
  7. Experience managing multi-stakeholder programs across product, legal, security, and operations.
  8. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Prior work with agent frameworks or autonomous RPA orchestration.
  2. Knowledge of process-mining tools.
  3. Certification: PMP, PMI-ACP, Prince2, or SAFe POPM.
  4. Exposure to generative design patterns, reinforcement learning-from-feedback, and prompt-chain optimization.
  5. Experience in regulated domains with relevant compliance standards.
Education & Certifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related engineering field
Work Mode:
  1. Primary location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad (Initially Remote)
  2. Occasional travel to client sites within India or APAC.
