**Job Description**: As an experienced Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing cutting-edge ML/AI solutions to drive business growth. Your expertise will enable us to automate processes, improve efficiency, and deliver high-quality results.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop scalable, enterprise-grade ML/AI applications using cloud-based technologies.
  • Collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Cloud teams to integrate Machine Learning models into production environments.
  • Create innovative automation solutions to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Design, implement, and manage industrialized processing pipelines.
  • Establish best practices for ML model life cycles and operations.
  • Implement AI/MLOps frameworks and support Data Science teams in adopting best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with modern techniques, tools, and frameworks in ML Architecture and Operations.
  • Gather and analyze technical requirements to estimate project timelines.
  • Present solutions, concepts, and results to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide technical leadership on ML projects, defining tasks, guidelines, and evaluating outcomes.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**: We are looking for individuals with:

  • Strong understanding of ML/AI concepts, including types of algorithms, machine learning frameworks, model efficiency metrics, model life cycle, and AI architectures.
  • Familiarity with cloud concepts and architectures, as well as working knowledge with selected cloud services, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Experience in programming ML algorithms and data processing pipelines using Python.
  • A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in developing production-ready code.
  • Hands-on experience with designing and implementing data pipelines.
  • Practical experience with implementing ML solutions on GCP Vertex.AI and/or Databricks.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively and support team members.
  • Takes ownership of tasks and deliverables.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.

**Nice to Have Skills & Knowledge**: If you have experience with:

  • Other programming languages such as PySpark, Scala, R, or Java.
  • Tools like AirFlow, ADF, or Kubeflow.
  • CLOUD Computing and software engineering best practices.
  • Productizing ML solutions using Docker/Kubernetes.
