Job Overview

The Operations Lead - Palakkad is responsible for overseeing the branch operations in Palakkad district, Kerala, India. They will lead a team of junior employees and ensure the branch meets its sales targets and provides excellent customer service. The Operations Lead will report to the company headquarters in Thrissur and collaborate with other branches to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage a team of junior employees at the branch
  2. Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them
  3. Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the branch's market
  5. Monitor and analyze branch performance, prepare reports, and communicate findings to company headquarters
  6. Implement marketing initiatives and campaigns to increase branch visibility and attract new customers
  7. Manage branch operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies and procedures
  8. Train and develop branch staff to enhance their skills and performance
  9. Collaborate with other branches and company departments to achieve overall company goals
