Job Title: Technical Lead

 

At our organization, we're seeking an experienced Technical Lead to oversee the development and execution of automated testing processes. This role requires a strong background in automation testing, with expertise in multiple frameworks.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive automated testing strategies for API automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and develop test plans.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing scripts using tools like Selenium and TestNG.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex testing issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in automation testing.

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in automation testing.
  • Proficiency in Java, SoapUI, REST, Linux, Docker, and Cucumber.
  • Experience with multiple automation frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Python is a plus.
  • Experience with E2E testing and performance testing is a bonus.
