Leadership Position: Group Head

Description:

  • Problem-solving: Breaking down complex issues into manageable parts and applying relevant techniques to drive desired outcomes is a key aspect of this position.
  • You will be required to discuss and use various algorithms and approaches daily.
  • Leading the entire software lifecycle, including hands-on development, code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation. Experience in Agile SCRUM and MLOps is highly preferred.
  • Developing reusable and scalable assets and accelerators is essential for this role.
  • Working directly with our internal technical teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions is crucial.
  • Analyzing market and industry trends in technology and proactively looking for opportunities to propose the best solutions is a vital part of this position.
  • Proactively researching upcoming ML techniques and best practices is also essential.
  • Responsibilities include coding, testing, debugging, evaluating solution/technology options, and documenting application development. Future plans include migrating current analytics applications and pipelines to Cloud.

Qualifications:

A Graduate with an Engineering Degree (CS/Electronics/IT) / MCA / MCS + Masters in Statistics / Economics/Business Analytics is required.

8-15 years of experience in the field are required.

Agile SCRUM and MLOps experience is highly preferred.
