The Role

We're seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead technical design and architecture for enterprise-grade SearchAI solutions.

The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, QA, and customer teams to design scalable, high-performing RAG-based architectures and ensure successful integration into client environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead client requirement workshops and translate needs into scalable architectures.
- Design end-to-end RAG-powered search solutions integrating SearchAI capabilities.
- Create detailed technical blueprints, including retrievers, chunking strategies, and data orchestration flows.
- Ensure solution feasibility and performance benchmarks are met.
- Partner with product, QA, and customer success teams to guarantee smooth deployments.
- Work with the R&D innovation team to explore advanced LLM integration, retrieval strategies, and enrichment workflows.
- Recommend emerging AI/ML tools and frameworks that enhance SearchAI

Requirements

- 8+ years in solution architecture or enterprise system design.
- Expert proficiency in Python and Node.js.
- Deep understanding of RAG and advanced retrieval strategies.
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning, GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).
- In-depth knowledge of vector databases (OpenSearch, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline

Qualifications

- Experience with connectors, ingestion frameworks, and multi-source data integration.
- Familiarity with metadata-based retrieval and permission-aware search.
- Background in search relevance tuning and reranking
