We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python, deep learning frameworks, and real-world experience in developing AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop innovative AI/ML models tailored to business needs.
  • Build, fine-tune, and deploy large language models or other deep learning architectures.
  • Collaborate on data collection, preprocessing, and model evaluation.
  • Optimize models for performance, scalability, and real-time inference.
  • Integrate AI solutions with existing platforms and APIs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
  • Experience working with large language models, NLP, computer vision, or related domains.
  • Understanding of MLOps practices and tools (Docker, MLflow, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs and backend integration.
  • Solid problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in an onsite environment.

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to vector databases, prompt engineering, or LangChain.
  • Experience in deploying models to production environments.
  • Knowledge of data pipeline tools (Airflow, Kafka, etc.).

This role involves building, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML models, particularly in the areas of natural language processing, computer vision, and large language models.
