Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Fault Tolerance Specialist to develop and implement digital fault tolerant architecture for complex electronic designs. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing test structures, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing test quality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement DFT architectures for complex electronic designs
  • Insert and verify scan chains, boundary scan (JTAG), MBIST, LBIST, and other test structures
  • Collaborate with RTL and physical design teams to ensure seamless integration of DFT features
  • Generate and validate test patterns using ATPG tools for stuck-at, transition, and path delay faults
  • Perform fault simulation and coverage analysis to optimize test quality
  • Support silicon bring-up and debug of test-related issues
  • Work with ATE teams to develop test programs and support production testing

Requirements:

  • Experience in DFT engineering
  • Strong understanding of digital fault tolerant architecture and its implementation
  • Experience with RTL and physical design teams
  • Proficiency in ATPG tools and test pattern generation
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
