Our organization is seeking a talented AI Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, training, and optimizing Large Language Models (LLMs) for conversational AI and digital humans.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing RAG pipelines and domain-specific adaptations.
- Ensuring scalability, latency, and reliability of deployed models.
Additionally, you will:
- Build next-gen conversational systems powered by LLMs and NLP.
- Integrate multi-modal capabilities, including voice, facial expressions, and gestures.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial in this role, as you will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to develop enterprise-grade AI solutions.
Requirements include:
- Expertise in LLMs and Transformer Architectures.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks and APIs.
- Knowledge of vector databases.
- Strong NLP foundations, including embeddings, intent/entity recognition, and sentiment/emotion analysis.
Proficiency in Python and one additional language, along with experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras, are also essential.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to build scalable APIs and microservices and be familiar with LLM evaluation metrics and optimization techniques.
Good-to-have skills include experience with multi-modal AI, cloud deployment, Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, AI ethics, data privacy, and cybersecurity principles.
