Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive understanding of financial statements, including P&L, BS & CF, with a focus on variance analysis.
  • Implementation of accounting processes and procedures to drive efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support for audit and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business success.
  • Development of financial models that link P&L, BS & CF to various variables, ensuring data-driven decision making.
  • Preparation and presentation of management reports and reviews, including daily/weekly business reporting, monthly performance reviews, and forecast reporting.

Language Skills:

  • German Language - Must have basic understanding and proficiency.

Education Qualification (Mandatory):

  • CA / CA Inter / MBA Finance - Relevant qualifications are essential for this role.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and other reporting tools.
  • Working knowledge of SAP - Familiarity with the software is necessary.
