Job Overview:

We seek an experienced Creative Visual Designer with expertise in AI tools and traditional skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in graphic design, proficiency in industry-standard software, and the ability to create photographs, illustrations, and other assets using AI technologies. This role will play a pivotal part in conceptualizing and executing visually stunning designs that align with our clients' branding strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative design concepts for packaging, branding materials, and digital assets.

• Utilize AI tools to create photographs, illustrations, and other visual assets.

• Create hand sketches to explore and communicate initial design ideas.

• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet strategic objectives.

• Create high-quality visuals to present ideas effectively.

• Ensure consistency of brand and design standards across all projects.

• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and software to continuously improve design capabilities.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally with 3 years.

• Expertise in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.

• Proficiency in using AI tools to create photographs, illustrations, and other visual assets.

• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design solutions across various media.

• Experience with hand sketching to explore initial design ideas.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
