Job Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled social designer who can create engaging visual content for our platform.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing daily social content, owning the visual system, and translating content briefs into clear visual narratives. They should be proficient in Figma and Adobe CC, with basic knowledge of After Effects and Premiere. The candidate should also be comfortable working with data visualization and have strong typography and layout fundamentals.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing Instagram carousels, reels covers, short video graphics, YouTube thumbnails, story templates, creatives, and WhatsApp broadcast art.
  • Maintaining and evolving our social brand guidelines, typography, color, iconography, and illustration style.
  • Conceptualizing and creating lightweight motion graphics, titles, lower-thirds, transitions, and editing simple reels when needed.
  • Data-informed design: Iterating based on performance metrics and conducting rapid A/B tests.
  • Collaborating closely with content, copy, and performance teams to align on campaign objectives and timelines.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of hands-on social design experience for consumer brands or media.
  • A strong portfolio of Instagram-first work.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC, with basic knowledge of After Effects and Premiere.
  • Comfort with data visualization and solid typography & layout fundamentals.
