Job Title: Solutions Architect - Customer Agreements

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of contract law and negotiation strategies. They will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and drafting IT contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

This role involves:

  • Contract Review: Independently review and analyze IT contracts, focusing on key terms and conditions.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and conditions with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and alliance partners globally.
  • Master Services Agreements: Review and negotiate Master Services Agreements, Service Level Agreements, and other contractual agreements.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with procurement, business, and delivery functions for transaction closure.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other legal team members to ensure seamless contract execution.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly reports on transactions received in the previous month.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong Contractual Knowledge: A deep understanding of contract law, negotiation strategies, and industry standards.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, external clients, and advisors during the contracting process.
  • Contract Management Experience: Proven experience in managing and negotiating IT outsourcing contracts and other types of IT contracts with customers.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to guide junior lawyers and provide training and development opportunities.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Law Degree: A degree in law or a related field.
  • Contract Law Experience: Significant experience in contract law, negotiation, and contract management.
  • IT Contracting Experience: Proven experience in negotiating IT outsourcing contracts and other types of IT contracts with customers.
  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to guide junior lawyers and provide training and development opportunities.
