Join our team as a Legal Automation Specialist

About the role:

  • Experience with industry-standard eDiscovery platforms is a must.
  • Simultaneous project management across multiple clients requires strong organizational skills.
  • Client-facing communication and status reporting are key aspects of this position.
  • Review, breach review, and QC workflows require close collaboration with project managers.
  • Quality assurance on reviewed data and error trend identification are essential tasks.
  • Technical guidance for junior team members and support for queries are also responsibilities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating review, breach review, and QC workflows in conjunction with PMs.
  • Implementing technical guidelines and providing coaching to junior team members.
  • Monitoring hourly productivity metrics and performing QA on reviewed data.
  • Responsible for quality and productivity of projects.
Requirements:

Key qualifications include:

  • Attorney background with at least 4+ years of eDiscovery experience.
  • Previous experience as an APM or similar role is required.
  • Strong legal support and technical background.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts as per project requirements.
