Job Title: Process Trainer

At IGT Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Process Trainer to join our team. As a Process Trainer, you will be responsible for training and developing our team members on various travel-related processes and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for team members on travel-related processes and applications.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop training solutions.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to ensure team members are up-to-date with the latest processes and applications.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of BPO experience in a supervisory or senior role in training.
  • 1-4 years of experience in training of travel-related processes and applications.
  • Knowledge of CRS/GDS.
  • Experience in Airline Reservations (Domestic or International).
  • Good to have Chat/E-mail support.
