Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess strong creative skills and a portfolio that showcases their passion for illustrative design and typography. They will have experience working with various design platforms, including digital and print formats.

Responsibilities:

  • Design high-impact visual content for digital and print channels, aligned with brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and channels teams to deliver visually consistent assets.
  • Present design concepts, justify creative decisions, and adapt based on feedback.
  • E nsure all visual materials meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • At least 2 years of experience in graphic design.
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, etc., and Figma.
  • A strong foundation in typography, visual hierarchy, composition, and layout principles.
  • The ability to design for web, print, and social platforms.
  • Experience creating brand collateral, logos, and marketing assets.
  • Familiarity with print processes and file setup for print.
  • Experience in asset optimisation for performance and speed.
  • Knowledge of social platforms (Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.).
