Senior IT Strategy Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Strategy Consultant to play a key role in shaping our company's technology strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technology strategy, operating model design, and agile operating model design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct industry and technology infrastructure assessments to understand client technology operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop data-driven digital, IT, or cloud strategy solutions and create practical implementation roadmaps.
  • Monitor and manage change, processes, and remedial steps to ensure successful IT implementations.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the following areas:

  • Digital & Technology Strategy
  • Operating Model Design
  • Agile Operating Model Design
  • Workforce Transformation
  • Sourcing Strategy
  • IT Shared Services Strategy
  • Process Transformation
  • Value case/business case formulation
  • Enterprise Architecture
  • Application Portfolio Strategy

The ideal candidate will be a long-term trusted advisor and partner who can provide thought leadership and profound knowledge of market trends. They will have excellent communication skills, including advanced presentation, public speaking, content creation, and communication skills for C-Level discussions.

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A minimum of 8 years of strategy consulting experience at a top-tier consulting firm.
  • Experience in at least 2 of the following areas: Cloud Transformation, Industry & New Technology, Technology ROI/Cost Take Out, Operating Model, Modern Architecture, Data-Driven Enterprise.
  • Strong understanding of technology and enterprise architecture concepts through practical experience and knowledge of technology trends.
