Job Title:

AI Regulatory Specialist


Overview:

We are seeking experienced AI Agents to support the design and deployment of an AI-driven Regulatory Horizon Scanning solution. These roles focus on leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and advanced analytics to automatically monitor, interpret, and analyse regulatory updates across multiple jurisdictions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Continuously monitor global and regional regulatory bodies for new and updated regulations, consultation papers, and guidance.
  • Build and optimise AI-enabled pipelines to ingest and process structured and unstructured regulatory publications.
  • Automate the classification of regulatory documents using NLP, LLMs, and machine learning to identify topics, obligations, timelines, and impacted regulations.
  • Extract obligations and key data requirements from regulatory texts, speeches, consultation papers, and technical standards.
  • Map regulatory changes to the bank's reporting frameworks/reporting solution and internal policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent understanding of AI, NLP, and machine learning principles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory information.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Familiarity with data warehouses, data lakes/lakehouses, and regulatory reporting systems.
