We are currently seeking a highly skilled AI Developer with expertise in Large Language Models and application development. The ideal candidate will have significant experience designing and developing AI-driven features within scalable platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop AI Agent Logic: Design, develop, test, and maintain the core logic for AI Agents within FastAPI services, including orchestrating agent tasks, managing state, interacting with platform data/workflows, and integrating LLM capabilities.
  • LLM API Integration & Prompt Engineering: Integrate with external LLM provider APIs, design effective prompts for diverse retail-specific tasks, and rigorously test their implementation.
  • RAG Implementation: Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation patterns using vector databases to provide relevant context to LLM API calls made by agents.
  • FastAPI Microservice Development: Build and maintain scalable FastAPI microservices hosting AI Agent logic and handling interactions with LLMs and other platform components in a containerized environment.
  • Data Processing for AI: Prepare and preprocess data required for effective prompt context, RAG retrieval, and future fine-tuning tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Demonstrable experience in software development with a strong focus on AI/ML application development (4–6 years).
  • Hands-on experience integrating and utilizing external LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) in applications.
  • Proven expertise in Prompt Engineering techniques.
  • Strong Python programming skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for application deployment.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and clear communication abilities.
